Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on providing the ability to offer low cost, effective and efficient solutions at the highest quality and with the customer service you would expect.

If you have purchased a service from Yooneeq Ltd and are not satisified please let us know immediately by submitting a ticket through our client helpdesk at: http://www.customercare247.com or in Writing to 5 Jupiter House, Calleva Park, Reading,RG7 8NN. We will do our best to solve any problems or issues.

Services Offered

If for any reason you feel we have not met your expectations, we are happy to discuss this with you and provide you with a full refund providing you let us know within 14 days. This does not include items or additional services which have been stated as non-refundable.

Bespoke Design or Development

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before any development work has started.
If an initial deposit is requested and paid, no refund will be given if the customer backs out or changes their mind, unless the project or work has not yet started. No refunds are issued for completed development work.


Here at yooneeq we take customer support very seriously.
